Day 2: Srinagar to Sonamarg (80 km / ~2.5 hrs one way)

After breakfast, head to Sonamarg – Meadow of Gold
Optional: Pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier
Return to Srinagar by evening

Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg (55 km / ~2 hrs)

Post breakfast, drive to Gulmarg
